Organized On Purpose | Declutter, Christian Home Organization, Faith-Based Routines
Organized On Purpose is a faith-based decluttering and home organization podcast for busy Christian women who want to simplify their homes, reduce overwhelm, and create peaceful routines rooted in their faith. Professional organizer Kristina Borseti shares practical decluttering strategies, Christian encouragement, and simple home systems to help you clear the clutter and make space for what matters most.
Are you constantly trying to tidy up, only to feel like the mess keeps coming back?
Do you look around your home—at the paper piles, the cluttered closets, the scattered toys—and wonder, Where do I even start?
You’re not lazy and you’re not failing. You’re just in the thick of life.
And if you feel like your clutter is stealing your peace, your energy, even your sense of purpose… you’re in the right place.
I’m Kristina Borseti—mom, wife, and professional home organizer.
Here on Organized on Purpose, I help women clear the clutter—physically, mentally, and spiritually—so they can make space for what truly matters.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 says, “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven.”
But when your home feels chaotic, it’s hard to feel purposeful in the season you’re in.
This isn’t about striving for perfection or chasing productivity.
It’s about creating peace, building systems that serve you, and learning to live with intention—right where God has you.
Each week, you’ll hear faith-forward encouragement and practical strategies to:
- Declutter without getting overwhelmed
- Tame your paperwork, toys, closets, and kitchen chaos, and more
- Create routines that actually fit your real life
- Let go of guilt, overbuying, and the pressure to keep up
- Build a home that reflects God’s peace—not just productivity
So grab a Sharpie, a couple of boxes, and let’s get Organized on Purpose—together.

Hi friends!
Real Life Decluttering Week is a 7-day decluttering reset designed for busy Christian women who want a calmer home without spending hours organizing.
Each day includes:• a short Scripture reflection• one simple decluttering step (10–15 minutes or less)• guidance to help your home support your real life
If you’re a midlife Christian mom balancing family, work, marriage, and serving others, this series will help you clear the physical clutter that quietly drains your energy and clouds your focus.
Instead of tackling everything at once, we take small, faithful steps toward a home that functions well and supports the life God has called you to live.
Because God is not the author of confusion — and peace often begins with clearing what no longer belongs.
Today in Day 5, we focus on one simple act of completion: filling a donation bag with items you're ready to release.
New to the series? Start with Day 1: God Is Not the Author of Confusion — Start Clearing the Clutter Today and move through the week with us.
As a professional home organizer and Christian mom myself, I know how quickly clutter can build during full seasons of life — and how powerful small, faithful steps can be in restoring peace at home.

If you’ve ever wondered how to declutter a garage, organize a junk room, or start decluttering when you feel overwhelmed, you’re not alone. These are some of the spaces in our homes that quietly collect things for years.
In this episode, I’m answering three honest questions from our community about garage clutter, “just in case” items, and the decision paralysis that keeps rooms stuck for years. We talk about why large decluttering projects feel overwhelming, how decision fatigue and scarcity thinking can keep us holding onto things longer than we need to, and why certain spaces feel so hard to face once they’ve been avoided for a long time.
But we also look at this through a faith lens. Sometimes what keeps us stuck isn’t just the stuff—it’s fear of the future, uncertainty about letting go, or feeling overwhelmed by the weight of unfinished decisions. Scripture reminds us that God is not the author of confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33) and that faithfulness often begins in small things.
If you’ve been wanting to declutter your garage, organize a junk room, or tackle the catch-all room in your home, this conversation will help you understand what’s really happening underneath the clutter—and why starting small matters more than waiting for the perfect moment.
Next week on the podcast, I’m also revisiting the five simple resets from Real Life Decluttering Week, walking through them one day at a time so you can follow along and begin clearing the spaces in your home that have been sitting the longest.
Praying over your next steps sister.

Scarcity mindset doesn’t always look like clutter piling up on the counter. Sometimes it shows up in the old jeans we keep “just in case,” the items we paid good money for but no longer use, or the way we white-knuckle our finances and schedules out of fear of not having enough.
In this episode, I unpack what scarcity mindset really is, why it forms, and how it quietly influences our decisions around our homes, and our time. We’ll talk about the “logical” gremlin thoughts that keep us stuck, the nervous system’s role in holding on, and how faith and fear often get tangled together without us realizing it.
Through Scripture and practical reflection, I’ll help you begin to discern what’s rooted in wisdom versus what’s rooted in fear — and how letting go can be a step of trust, not loss. If you’ve ever felt uneasy releasing things, control, or old patterns, I am praying this conversation will meet you right where you are.

Have you ever thought, “I’ve made progress… but now I’m stuck”?
In this episode, I share why decluttering often hits a wall after you’ve already done a lot of work—and how I use mind mapping to create one clear project list that restores focus and peace.
I walk through how I use this tool with clients to track priorities, progress, and next steps, why it works neurologically, and how planning supports faith-filled follow-through instead of overwhelm.
If you’re a Christian mom in a busy or transitional season and you’re craving clarity so you can move forward again, this episode is for you.

In this short devotional-style episode, I reflect on how good, meaningful responsibilities can quietly compete for our attention — and how God gently calls us back when our priorities drift.
Drawing from Exodus 20:3, this episode explores what it means to put God first in full seasons of life: post-holiday busyness, work and ministry commitments, family rhythms, early-year goals, and the subtle habits that pull us away from presence and rest.
Through a personal story and Scripture-centered reflection, I am inviting you to pause, examine what has taken first place, and consider how obedience, wisdom, and faith shape everyday choices — even the small ones.
This episode is part of a growing series of shorter devotional reflections designed to create space for Scripture, prayer, and real-life application in the middle of ordinary days.
Praying this meets you where you need.
